Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Daftari Law LLC website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
General information only
The website provides general information about Daftari Law LLC and legal topics. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice about your particular circumstances. Laws, deadlines, and legal standards may change, and information on this website may not be complete or current.
No attorney-client relationship
Viewing this website, calling the firm, sending an email, submitting an inquiry, or requesting an appointment does not create an attorney-client relationship. An appointment request remains pending until conflicts clearance and express acceptance by the firm. If accepted, a paid consultation is a separate limited engagement governed by its written terms. Ongoing representation begins only after execution of a separate written engagement agreement signed by the firm and the client.
Do not send confidential information
Do not send confidential documents or a detailed factual narrative unless the firm has completed conflicts clearance and expressly requested the information. The firm's duties concerning information received from prospective clients are governed by applicable law and the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. Unrequested communications do not create an attorney-client relationship and may prevent the firm from considering the matter.
Deadlines and emergencies
Contacting the firm does not extend or preserve any deadline. Court, appellate, administrative, contractual, and statutory deadlines may be short. The website and its contact channels are not monitored for emergencies, and the firm does not undertake to act unless it expressly agrees to do so in writing.
No guarantee of results
Descriptions of services, experience, or prior matters do not promise or guarantee a similar result. Every matter depends on its own facts, law, decision-makers, opposing parties, evidence, and other circumstances.
Fees and third-party expenses
Any fees or advances shown on the website are starting points or general information only unless confirmed in a written agreement. An initial advance is not an estimate of the total cost of litigation. Court costs, filing fees, experts, travel, and other third-party expenses are separate unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to scheduling, payment, mapping, court, government, social-media, or other third-party services. Daftari Law LLC does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use its content in a misleading manner.
Website availability and changes
The website is provided “as is” and may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Daftari Law LLC disclaims warranties concerning the website’s availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms modifies duties imposed by the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct or other applicable law.
