Fee Schedule

Starting fees, published.

The firm publishes its ordinary starting points. A consultation provides prepared legal analysis, but does not guarantee that the firm will offer a broader engagement. Final scope, rate, and any required advance are confirmed only after the consultation and matter review.

Consultations — $100 for 30 minutes

ServiceFeeNotes
Legal consultation$10030 minutes. Payable only after conflicts clearance and express acceptance of the appointment request.
How appointment requests work: selecting a time requests an appointment only. The request remains pending until the firm completes a conflicts check and expressly accepts it. Do not pay or send documents until the firm sends instructions. If the firm declines a request after receiving payment, the payment will be refunded automatically. An accepted, paid consultation is a separate limited engagement and does not obligate the firm to offer continuing representation.

An initial advance is not an estimate of the total cost of litigation. Total fees depend on the scope, duration, opposing party, discovery, motions, and whether the case proceeds to trial. Hourly advances and evergreen balances are held in trust and transferred only as fees are earned. Replenishment does not make the funds nonrefundable. Flat fees are earned as stated in the written engagement agreement. Any unearned balance is refunded at the conclusion of the engagement as required by Georgia Rule of Professional Conduct 1.16(d). Filing fees, court costs, experts, travel, and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included. The firm does not accept contingency-fee matters.
