Submit an appointment request.
Selecting a time submits a request for a 30-minute consultation. It does not confirm an appointment. Every request remains pending until conflicts clearance and express acceptance by the firm.
Request a consultation
Choose a preferred date and time below. When prompted, provide your contact information, the matter category, and the names of every person or organization involved so the firm can screen conflicts. Please do not include confidential facts.
Providing a phone number in the appointment form does not opt you into SMS. The number is requested so the consultation can occur by telephone. Any SMS consent is optional and must be provided separately through an unchecked opt-in, such as the one included in a signed retainer or engagement agreement. Review the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service.
The requested time is not yet confirmed
Do not pay or send documents merely because you selected a time. The firm will first complete a conflicts check and determine whether the consultation request can be accepted.
If the request is accepted, the firm will send written confirmation, a secure LawPay payment link, and instructions for submitting any documents requested for advance review.
To keep an accepted appointment, payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day after confirmation and no later than 48 hours before the consultation. Requested documents must be received at least 24 hours before the consultation or they may not be reviewed in advance.
Submitting a request does not create an attorney-client relationship. An accepted, paid consultation is a separate limited engagement and does not create an agreement for ongoing representation. Broader representation begins only through a separate written engagement agreement signed by the client and Daftari Law LLC.
